1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by ShreeAI Private Limited ("ShreeAI", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, SaaS platforms like Clinle, and Industrial Intelligence solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, software, AI models, algorithms, trade secrets, and industrial designs developed by ShreeAI are the exclusive property of ShreeAI Private Limited. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our services as per their subscription or partnership agreement. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Use of AI & Industrial Services
Users of our AI-driven industrial solutions (Industrial HUD, Predictive Mining Analytics) acknowledge that:
- AI outputs are probabilistic and should be treated as decision-support tools, not absolute commands.
- Critical industrial operations must be verified by certified professional engineers.
- ShreeAI is not responsible for operational decisions made based on AI-generated insights.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShreeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or industrial downtime, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
